Abstract

The article is about some key features of the society of the XXI century, which develops under the influence of globalization, the third knowledge revolution and the New Economy. Some interesting changes in the classical Maslow’s structure of human needs are revealed. Particularly, author pays her attention to the appearance of the "imaginary" needs and how skillfully modern producers of goods and services use them. Furthermore, perspective of using triad "IDEA – TECHNOLOGY – THE BRAND" in the business of the XXI century is considered
