Improvement Of Methods Of Strategic Planning At The Example Of Industrial Enterprises

Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the key moments of strategic planning, associated with the information support of managerial decision making. The proposed in the article the algorithm allows to increase the efficiency of the strategic planning process and serves as the basis for creation of the software product. Methodology of strategic planning was tested in the formation of the basic strategy of development of one of the largest russian industrial enterprises.
