Innovation Model In Isurance Company
On the basis of identification of insurance company's core, innovation, knowledge management, leadership and organisational culture, this paper provides analysis of working results of one of the leading comapnies in Serbia - "DDOR Novi Sad", which in certain period of its business, on the basis of stated ways of behaviour has become a leader in life and non-life insurance. With synthesized illustration of business indicators, the conclusion is implied, which confirms hypothesis about need for creation of innovation model in insurance companies.
