Abstract

The new system-integrated theory of the enterprise is developed in the paper. The enterprise is considering as the multipurpose system, integrating mental, cultural, institutional, knowledge, technological and behavioral processes and subsystems. So we can study the enterprise as the whole commodity producer, and as the processor on each of the specified kinds of activity. The special role of system events as important input and output of the enterprise is discovered. All this enables to unit results of known variants of the theory of firm and to offer new explanations seeming paradoxical reactions of firm to external changes.
