Abstract

The economic competition forces the participants to a continuous adaptation and initiation. A significant field of the subject is the organizational innovation that is to harmonize the structure, the form and the content. In this paper we make an attempt to summarise the main changing dimensions and tendencies, which could be perceived based on the last 8-10 years. Arranging these we can define different subcategories concerned with the structure, the process, the effects and the world of values. We give a detailed enlargement on the topic of outsourcing and diversity mainstreaming.
