A HEF OP 1.1 munkaerő-piaci program megvalósításának Északmagyarországi eredményeiről

Abstract

A Humánerőforrás-fejlesztési Operatív Program 1.1 intézkedése „A munkanélküliség megelőzése és kezelése” címmel, mint központi program fő feladata volt, hogy a munkanélküliek azon csoportjánál, ahol a munkaügyi szervezet a hagyományos eszközeivel nem tud eredményt elérni, ott az Európai Szociális Alap lehetőségeit kihasználva új típusú megközelítéseket és támogatásokat, szolgáltatásokat is alkalmazva segítse elő a munkaerőpiacra való belépést, illetve visszajutást. A HEFOP 1.1. program általános célja az életminőség javítása, a foglalkoztatási szint növelése, a térség hátrányos helyzetének csökkentése. A program rövid távú célja az egyes célcsoportokhoz tartozók munkaerő-piaci integrációjának, re-integrációjának előmozdítása a támogatások és szolgáltatások által, piacképes szakképesítéshez való hozzájutásuk elősegítése a képzések révén, a munkaerőpiacon hátrányos helyzetben lévők diszkriminációjának mérséklése, a tartós foglalkoztatás elősegítése és a munkanélküliség esetleges tartóssá válásának megelőzése különböző preventív intézkedésekkel.
