Chapter 24. Change of Japanese-Style Management

Abstract

This chapter introduces the views of twenty-six alumni on Japanese-style management. Information was not available from four alumni. Furthermore, no attempt was made to obtain information from the six alumnae, because none of them worked for a typical Japanese corporation.
