On the Correct Handling of the Relationship Between the Planned Economy and Market Regulation

Author

Listed:

Abstract

The establishment of public ownership made it possible for humankind to control its own economic relations and carry on economic activity consciously according to a unified plan of society. However, the level of productive forces and the ownership system at the present stage in our country only permits putting the major part of production and circulation under the state plan; the whole of production and circulation cannot be encompassed by the state plan.
