On the Dualist Development Strategy of the "Great International Cycle"
>b>Editor's note:>/b> After the commentary "Our Strategy for Coastal Development Is Not Synonymous with the Theory of the âGreat International Cycleâ" was published in this paper on March 29, 1988, we received many calls and letters from readers asking for further clarification of the two issues, especially theoretical discussion of the theme of the great international cycle. This author's idea of a dualist great international cycle seeks to explain that theory further.
