A Discussion on the Starting Point and Main Basis for the Reform of Economic Structure

Abstract

In order to speed up the development of socialist undertakings in our country, everyone of us is now seriously considering the reform of the existing economic management system. To solve the problems of what and how to reform, in my opinion, we must first grasp the present economic conditions, and the principles based on which we will launch the reform.
