Abstract

This study evaluates the economic capital levels for Iranian banks and analyzes their behavior under various macroeconomic shocks by developing a Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) model that incorporates banking sector heterogeneity and macroeconomic shock transmission mechanisms.
