Abstract

Perbaikan Nutrisi anak merupakan salah tujuan dari upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, sayangnya studi nutrisi anak pada tingkatan rumah tangga jarang dilakukan di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Studi ini mengukur tingkah laku ibu berkaitan dengan pemberian makanan tambahan dan praktek higenik serta pengaruh status nutrisi terhadap 741 anak berusia 6-47 bulan di Sumatera Barat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi rumah tangga sangat mempengaruhi fungsi utilitas yang diukur oleh status nutrisi anak.
