Abstract

Walaupun telah terjadi kejutan dengan terjadinya kemerosotan harga saham pada Oktober 1987, namun perkembangan ekonomi di negara-negara industri cukup baik dan positif. Di samping itu juga perdagangan dunia mulai meningkat serta tingkat inflasi masih tetap terkendali. Adanya koordinasi yang lebih baik di antara negara-negara industry telah memberi pengaruh baik terhadap ketidakseimbangan Neraca Perdagangan maupun nilai tukar mata uang.
