Abstract

Penggunaan model-model kuantitatif dalam perencanaan ekonomi, antara lain, diperlukan untuk dapat menguji pilihan-pilihan kebijaksanaan untuk mencapai sasaran atas suatu set "target variables". Target variables ini misalkan laju pertumbuhan PDB, distribusi pendapatan, tingkat kemiskinan dan sebagainya. Penulis menyadari bahwa tidak ada satu pun model perencanaan yang terbalk tanpa cacat. Tiap model mempunyai kelemahan dan kelebihannya. Dalam paper ini penulis mencoba mendiskusikan berbagai alternative cara untuk menyusun Tabel 10 regional, dan juga beberapa catatan untuk interregional. Studi ini dirasakan masih bersifat exploratory, tetapi dipandang perlu untuk dimuiai terutama untuk penyempumaan perencanaan pembangunan daerah
