Abstract

Dewasa ini sedang diperdebatkan kenyataan bahwa kemajuan yang dicapai di negara-negara berkembang tidak menghasilkan hal-hal seperti diharapkan semula oleh karena adanya tekanan yang berasal dari perkembangan penduduk yang begitu pesat. Berbagai teori mengemukakan hal ini dan kiranya dapat diperlakukan di negara-negara yang sedang berkembang. Teori-teori tersebut kiranya perlu dihayati agar supaya dapat digariskan kebijaksanaan yang tepat untuk menjamin perkembangan negara.
