Abstract

Problems on the effect of annual government spending in the state budget (APBN) to private invesment activities have become a widely discussed topics in many events, especiaiiy in the eve of declining the country's economic growth gradually from 10% (Pelita I), to 7% (Pelita II) and to 22% (Pelita III) respectively.
