Tinjauan Triwulan Perekonomian Indonesia

Abstract

Perekonomian di sebagian besar negara-negara industri dalam keadaan yang sangat buruk. Resesi yang berlaku pada saat ini merupakan kombinasi dari kenaikan harga minyak pada tahun 1979/80 dengan kebijaksanaan moneter yang ketat di beberapa negara maju. Akibatnya sering timbul apa yang disebut "stagflasi", yaitu gabungan antara tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi dibarengi dengan inflasi. Walaupun ada pandangan bahwa di negara-negara terkemuka keadaan ini sudah mulai membaik, tetapi tampaknya perobahan tersebut akan terjadi secara bertahap dan naik dengan merayap.
