Abstract

Produksi perikanan seiama Repeiita II diperkirakan telah meningkat sekitar 4 prosen per-tahunnya. Peningkatan ini bukan saja disebabkan oleh adanya keinginan untuk memenuhi tingkat nutrisi tertentu, tetapi juga disebabkan karena meningkat nya pendapatan per-kepala, pertumbuhan penduduk. keinginan konsumen maupun sebagai barang-barang pengganti. Jadi jeias bahwa ikan termasuk juga barang yang sangat terpengaruh oieh hokum permintaan dan penawaran. Namun peningkatan produksi ini bukan semata-mata merupakan factor tehnis saja, tetapi juga harus memperhatikan pertimbangan ekonomi, seperti pembelian kredit, dan juga faktor-faktor lain seperti latihan dan penyuluhan tetap perlu ditingkatkan.
