Abstract

Buku baru ini tidak tergolong buku jang bersifat theoretis, tetapi malahan dimaksudkan untuk dipakai sebagai buku pedoman jang praktis. Penulisnja djuga tidak terkenal sebagai ahli teori, tetapi ia mempunjai banjak pengalaman sebagai consultant dibeberapa negeri didunia (Birma, India, Pakistan, Chili, dll.-nja), Dewasa ini penulis ada dalam staf dari Arthur D. Little industrial research and consultant organization di Cambridge, Mass. (USA), suaitu perusahaan jang kantornja berdiri disamping M.l.T. dan jang mempunjai tjabang spesialisasi membantu negeri negeri jang belum terbangun untuk mengembangkan ekonominja.
