Abstract

Pada tanggal 24 Oktober 1945, maka lahirlah P.B.B. didunia, dan dengan terdjadinja peristiwa penting itu timbullah pula kesadaran, bahwa untuk mendjamin perdamaian dunia jang abadi dan karenanja menjelamatkan umat manusia dari penderitaan akibat perang dunia, haruslah ada pengakuan akan hak-hak azas: bagi sesama manusia, persamaan hak dan deradjat, baik bagi kaum wanita dan prija, maupun bagi bangsa-bangsa besar ketjil.
