La educacion superior : crecimiento y desarrollo : calidad, financiamiento y eficiencia en Colombia

Abstract

Hoy en día casi todos los países reconocen que el capital humano contribuye al desarrollo económico tanto como al capital físico. La educación es tomada tanto como un importante instrumento para el desarrollo económico y social; la inversión en ella lleva a la acumulación de capital humano, lo cual es un facto clave para el crecimiento económico sostenido y para el aumento del ingreso privado y social. El presente artículo se propone dos temas estrechamente ligados con la formación del capital humano y en particular con la educación superior: crecimiento económico, y, en el caso colombiano lo referente a la calidad, el financiamiento y la eficiencia.
