La politica economica y la rectivacion en el sector industrial colombiano

El presente trabajo se circunscribe al análisis de lo que en Plan de Desarrollo tiene que ver con los propósitos de reactivación del sector manufacturero aunque, como se hará evidente más adelante, esto obliga a tratar la mayoría de los aspectos contemplados en el mismo Plan. Es así, como lo largo del texto se evalúan los tres aspectos que la política económica, se propone entonces afectar: 1) la demanda interna; 2) la demanda por exportaciones; y 3) la participación de la producción nacional en la oferta interna total. Finalmente se concluye que el Plan de Desarrollo y la política económica aplicada hasta el momento no son lo suficientemente agresivos como para impulsar de manera apreciable el despegue del sector manufacturero; el paquete de medidas adoptadas en general apunta sí a impulsar la reactivación, pero su efecto no podrá ser tan significativo como para afirmar que la política económica cumplirá con sus propósitos de aumentar en forma sustantiva el producto industrial en el corto plazo.
