Abstract

This article analyze the existence of complementarities between the capacity of insertion of argentinian firms on international markets, investment in technology and the mean wage level by employment category. Using data from ENDEI for 2010-2012 we find evidence supporting the presence of higher wages on technology-investing firms and also that the skill premium is increasing on the employees hierarchy.
