Abstract

1996 tavaszán indult Kelet és Nyugat között című sorozatvitánkat tavaly Kovács János Mátyás A tékozló fiú sorsa című közbeszólásával kívántuk felpezsdíteni. Csepeli György, Örkény Antal és Kim Lane Scheppele cikkét hasonló céllal emeltük át a Replika 1996- os angol nyelvű különszámából. Ez az írás ott és akkor - szociológusok körében - elérte hatását. Reméljük, ezúttal a közgazdász társadalmat is vitára ösztönzi.
