Döntéshozók és döntési mechanizmusok a nonprofit szektor finanszírozásában
[Decision-makers and decision-making mechanisms in the funding of the non-profit sector]

Abstract

A nonprofit szektor finanszírozásának hazai és nemzetközi vizsgálata az eddigiekben elsősorban a bevételek forrásaira (költségvetés, piaci szektor, nonprofit szektor, külföld, lakosság) összpontosított, s lényegében megelégedett a „látható” pénzmozgások regisztrálásával. A szerző új megközelítést alkalmaz: a nonprofit szervezetek finanszírozásában meghatározó szerepet játszó döntési mechanizmusoknak öt nagy csoportját különbözteti meg (1. törvényben rögzített elosztási mechanizmusok, 2. az állami és a magánszférában hozott újraelosztási, 3. részvételi, kapcsolódási jellegű és 4. fogyasztói, vásárlói döntések, 5. pénzpiaci mechanizmusok), szisztematikusan áttekinti egymáshoz való viszonyukat, s kísérletet tesz súlyuk és jelentőségük számszerűsítésére.
