Részmunkaidős foglalkoztatás a hazai kereskedelemben

Abstract

Míg az Európai Unió országaiban folyamatosan növekszik a részmunkaidőben foglalkoztatottak aránya, Magyarországon ez a foglalkoztatási forma évtizedek óta a munkaerő-gazdálkodás kihasználatlan tartaléka. Ez a tendencia 1989 óta sem változott. A kereskedelem és azon belül különösen a bolti kiskereskedelem a részmunkaidős foglalkoztatás egyik kedvező területe, mert az értékesítési forgalom jelentős hullámzása, ingadozása miatt a hálózati, bolti feladatok ellátása termelékenyebb, ha a munkakövetelményekhez rugalmasan igazítható részmunkaidősök száma magas. Ezért e tanulmány célja a részmunkaidős foglalkoztatás hazai terjedését és alkalmazását befolyásoló tényezők elemzése a kereskedelemben. A kutatás során kiemelten vizsgáltuk a kiskereskedelem sajátosságait, és azon belül a forgalom hullámzása, a nyitva tartás és a részmunkaidő közötti kapcsolatot.
