Abstract

Miért érdemes elolvasni? Erdős Tibor akadémikus új könyve a Különös tekintettel a kilencvenes évek magyar gazdaságára alcímet viseli, persze nem véletlenül. A kiegészítés jelzi a szerző elsődleges érdeklődését. Munkájának tulajdonképpeni tárgya nem is elsősorban az infláció elméleti kereteinek tisztázása vagy újraértékelése, hanem hatásmechanizmusainak feltárása (ez könyve legterjedelmesebb része) és ennek ismeretében a dezinflációs pénzügypolitika eszközrendszerének, a fiskális, monetáris és árfolyam-politika működési mechanizmusainak, kölcsönhatásainak és nem utolsósorban buktatóinak bemutatása.
