A kárpótlási jegy a magyar tőkepiac Jolly Jokere
[The compensation note: the Jolly Joker of the Hungarian capital market]

Abstract

Az utóbbi évek egyik legérdekesebb tőkepiaci újdonsága a kárpótlási jegy, amely jelenleg a tőzsde egyik leglikvidebb értékpapírja. Egyedülálló, nemzetközileg ilyen formában példa nélküli pénzügyi eszköz, így a róla szóló irodalom is rendkívül szegényes, leginkább újságcikkekből áll. E cikk célja kettős: egyrészt áttekinti a kárpótlás eddigi történetét, másrészt pedig néhány egyszerű pénzügyi közgazdasági modellt próbál meg elemzésére kidolgozni.
