Abstract

A visegrádi országok mindegyike eltérő módszert választott a bankszektor átszer vezésére: Csehországban a bankok részt vettek a kuponos privatizációban, Ma gyarországon már a privatizáció előtt szorgalmazták a külföldiek szerepvállalását, míg Lengyelországban a privatizációban a nyilvános ajánlattételre helyezték a hang súlyt, általában stratégiai befektető részvételével és ellenőrzésével. Következés képpen a külföldi bankok szerepe mindegyik országban eltérő. A szerző tanulmá nya második részében a külföldi bankoknak a visegrádi országok bankszektorai ban játszott szerepét vizsgálja, és röviden tárgyalja néhány más átmeneti gazda ság tapasztalatait is.
