Der Schweizer Wohnbau in der kurzen Frist

Abstract

Die Dynamik des Wohnbaus übt einen wichtigen Einfluss auf die konjunkturelle Entwicklung der Schweiz aus. Im Fokus der vorliegenden Studie stehen die kurzfristigen Schwankungen im Schweizer Wohnbau. Mit Hilfe eines vektorautoregressiven Modells schätzen wir die Einflussfaktoren, welche auf den Wohnbau wirken. Um eine möglichst direkte Abbildung der kurzfristigen Faktoren zu erreichen, analysieren wir Daten zu Wohnbaugesuchen für den Zeitraum von 1994–2011. Diese weisen einen Vorlaufcharakter gegenüber den Wohnbauinvestitionen auf.
