Techniques aimed, on the one hand to establish or create a contact with all economic and political agents and, on the other hand, this contact must be successful. Techniques can be grouped into reception ones (concerning congresses, conferences, seminars, symposia, colloquia, contests) used in media relations and special events related evocation.
