Representation of high demand constituencies on review committees: A research note

Abstract

This brief research note examines Niskanen's assumption that representatives of the highest demand constituencies dominate the committees. The results presented here indicate that these high demand constituencies are well represented on these reviewing committees, but there is little indication of dominance in numbers.
