Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of different values (social, religious and political) among young people in the Jordanian society, identify the most important characteristics of the social sites according to the viewpoint of the respondents, and to identify the impact of these characteristics in the values (social, religious and political) among young people in the Jordanian society. The study used descriptive analytical, method style survey and inspection which included the sample (386)young people in the Jordanian society, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and use the software (SPSS) t-test for independent sample and test F-test and test one way a nova to reveal the relationship between the variables. The most significant results of the study the presence of effects of social networking on the social values prevalent among young Jordanian, and the content of the these social sites exercised significant effect on social and religious values, and the sailing for those locations contribution in influencing the political values. Regarding the recommendations The study has presented many, the most important is the call of civil society institutions to carry out their roles to address the risk of social media and to spread awareness to educate young people about the dangers and threats of negative effects of social networking sites on the value system, which maintains and operates the cohesion of the social fabric of society, where not it is important to prepare young people and rehabilitate them to deal with the computer and its applications and technologies, but more importantly, make them aware of these dangers and threats arising from the use of archeology as well as introduce them to the positive.
