Solution Approach With Linear Programming To Spare Parts Inventory Management Problems In Aviation Sector

Abstract

Today, the management of inventory used in the aircraft maintenance industry has been an important item on the agenda. Companies are inventory costs on the other hand trying to raise their level of service in pursuit of a hand holding at low levels. These two cases are be utilized in the optimization model, which is a branch of operations research in order to achieve an optimum level. This model is intended to patients is to achieve the level of customer service that they want the company of minimum inventory holding cost. In our article, linear programming based on the most efficient way to manage the cost of spare parts inventory in the aircraft maintenance sector, a study was made. This study compared the cost of existing inventory in the inventory cost model and linear programming, the strength of the solution was carried out by considering the application.
