Abstract

Finding and choosing the true worker(wage earner) has always been an issue that organisations are always interested in. Along with that, being aware of the fact that organisational successes are, with the great extent, bound to the quality of the workers of the organisation resulted in giving intensity to the studies for the ways of providing a more desirable organisation for the potential workers. The aim of this study is, with the help of content analysis method, to determine the frequency of using organisational desirability notions in the vision statements of the 500 organisations that take place on the list of ISO 500 in 2013. This study, the frequency of emphasis in the vision statements of the organisations on the organisational desirability is handled. This study will help organisation managers to create a vision which will contribute to the process of finding the true worker(wage earner)in their vision statements.
