Abstract

The aim of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis to examine the development of sustainable finance and FinTech literature between 2010 and 2024. With the increasing transformative power of the financial system, the integration of digitalization and technological innovations into the financial sector plays an important role in achieving sustainable development goals. In this context, the intersection of concepts in sustainable finance and FinTech attracts attention as a rapidly developing research area. In this study, various analyses were conducted using data obtained from the Web of Science database. The VOSviewer program was used for the bibliometric analysis of the recorded data. Network analyses such as structural relationships, keyword co-occurrence, author collaboration, country and institutional collaboration were visualized. In addition, indicators such as publication distribution and citation analysis reveal the dynamics of development in the field. The findings show that there is increasing integration between the fields of sustainable finance and FinTech, with topics such as green finance, digital payment systems, blockchain technology and environmental impact measurement tools. The findings of this study can be a valuable source of guidance for policymakers and researchers.
