Abstract

In the current century, legal science has begun to use mathematical and other analytical techniques developed in natural sciences. It is necessary to continue producing new understandings that will help analyze the structure, function, design, and dynamics of legal systems. Therefore, it is important for legal science to benefit more from other disciplines. In particular, the field of quantum physics is rapidly turning from scientific theory into reality. This presents an unprecedented potential. The field of law will also be affected by this potential. This study will explain how quantum technologies can be used in the field of law, especially in computational law, the importance of calculating legal uncertainty mathematically, the similarity between the human brain and quantum computers, and the risks of quantum technologies.
