Abstract

Insanlik tarihi boyunca karsilasilan problemleri anlamak ve cozmek icin duyargalari ve yaptiklari olceklerle uyaranlari olcerek; elde ettikleri verileri siniflara ayirma cesitli islemlerden gecirme sureclerle degerlendirerek enformasyona (bilgiye) donusturerek ve uretilen bilgilere bagli karar ve eylemleri ile yontemler gelistirilmistir. Bu arac ve yontemlerden en etkili olanlarindan biri verileri isleyerek problemlerin cozumune katki saglayan ve cok iyi hesaplama yapabilen bilgisayarlardir. Bilgisayarin hesaplama kapasitesinin artmasiyla birlikte, problem cozme yetenegimiz de gelismistir. Problem cozme yetenegimizi gelistiren diger alanlar ise veri bilimi, optimizasyon ve yapay zekadir. Bu uc alanin birlikte kullanilmasiyla, insanligin karsilastigi cok cesitli ve karmasik problemler cozulebilir hale gelmistir. Bu bilim ve teknolojilerden bilmedigimiz veya bildigimiz konularda yardim alirken kritik analitik dusunme suzgecinden gecirerek kullanilmasi ve ozellikle bilmedigimiz alanlarda da aldigimiz bilgilerin gecerliligini baska kaynaklarla mutlaka gecerliligini test etmemiz gerekmektedir.
