Abstract

This research examines the self-esteem of the students of Vocational School of Health Services. The relationship between self-esteem and age, gender, marital status, program, class, place of accommodation, preference order, preference status and monthly income status of the family is also being tested. Using the self-esteem scale developed by Cuhadaroglu (1986), the self-esteem scores of 132 students participating in the research were determined. Self-esteem of Health Services Vocational School students is close to high. No statistically significant differences were found between self-esteem and demographic variables.
