The primary goal of this job portal project is to create a user-friendly, transparent and dependable job portal that can address the many drawbacks of the current job portals for job seekers and employers. Career Hub prioritizes Web design and performance that works on the desktop, tablet and smartphone, so it is responsive. It is easy to use and has search filters for jobs, application tracking, uploading and managing resumes and profiles. Additionally, it has innovative elements such as employer reviews, job seeker testimonials, and real-time updates, which instill trust and transparency and improve user engagement. Moreover, Career Hub employs blockchain technology to securely keep the key information of resumes, resumés' past and employers' verification, which further enhances the security and data credibility. Employers will benefit from a more efficient way of recruiting and hiring while job seekers will find a more efficient way to search for jobs, because Career Hub will make the job search and application process more streamlined and automatic, with the secure, credible and transparent record keeping by implementing blockchain technology. This paper is meant to detail how Career Hub has been designed, developed and how functionality can increase the user experience of the online job portal by making it more transparent, secure and trustworthy.
