Abstract

The rapid growth of inter-college events, hackathons, workshops, and technical competitions has increased the need for efficient event management systems. Traditional event management approaches rely on fragmented platforms, manual registration processes, and disconnected communication channels, leading to poor coordination and reduced participation. This paper presents an AI-Powered Event Management and Collaboration Platform that integrates intelligent event recommendations, secure team collaboration, centralized event administration, and real-time communication. The system is developed using Next.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, and JWT-based authentication. AI-driven recommendation algorithms analyze user interests and participation history to suggest relevant events. The proposed platform enhances event discovery, collaboration, transparency, security, and operational efficiency within educational institutions. Experimental results demonstrate improved user engagement, reduced administrative workload, and streamlined event workflows.
