Küçük ve Mikro İşletmeler İçin Finansal Raporlama Standardı (KÜMİ FRS) Taslağı Hakkında

Abstract

Dünya’da finansal raporlama için uluslararası standartlaşma uygulamaları son yıllarda büyük aşama kaydetmiştir. Bu bağlamda UMS/UFRS ile başlayan çalışmalar Avrupa Birliği (AB) Direktifleri doğrultusunda UK (Birleşik Krallık)’da orta ölçekli ve mikro işletmeler için FRS 102, FRS 105 standartları yayınlanmasıyla devam etmiştir. Ülkemizde de bu uluslararası standartlar referans alınarak Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından bağımsız denetime tabi işletmeler için TMS/TFRS ve BOBİ FRS standartları yayınlanmıştır. 2019 yılında ise bağımsız denetime tabi olmayan Küçük ve Mikro İşletmeler İçin Finansal Raporlama Standardı (KÜMİ FRS) taslak olarak yayımlanarak kamuoyu görüşüne açılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Küçük ve Mikro İşletmeler için hazırlanan taslak KÜMİ FRS’nin temel özelliklerini belirtmek, ülkemizde yürürlüğe girmesi halinde kapsayabileceği işletmeleri ve muhtemel etkilerini ortaya koymaktır.
