Mampukah Industri Kreatif Mengatasi Kejenuhan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Nasional?

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan arti penting serta faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi peningkatan kinerja sektor industri kreatif. Dengan menggunakan data IBS BPS 2011–2015 dan analisis panel, didapatkan bahwa upah, tenaga kerja, aset atau modal tetap, bahan bakar, dan insentif pajak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan nilai output maupun nilai tambah industri kreatif di Indonesia, sedangkan upah dan nilai tukar berpengaruh terhadap ekspor industri kreatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa industri kreatif dapat menjadi solusi atas kejenuhan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada umumnya dan industri pengolahan pada khususnya. Akan tetapi pemerintah perlu merumuskan kebijakan yang efektif terkait upah dan tenaga kerja, meningkatkan akses permodalan, menjaga stabilitas harga bahan bakar, mengembangkan energi yang ramah lingkungan, serta merumuskan insentif fiskal yang tepat untuk mendorong pertumbuhan industri kreatif.
