Impacto de la comunicación organizacional en la competitividad de las empresas mexicanas

Abstract

El presente artículo aborda la temática de la competitividad desde el punto de vista de la comunicación organizacional, destacando su impacto en la interrelación de las organizaciones con los diferentes actores que componen su entorno. Un punto a destacar es la escasa comunicación que se da entre las empresas y las universidades, lo cual es determinante para detonar la innovación como ventaja competitiva, que permita a las compañías nacionales estar en condiciones similares con las organizaciones de países desarrollados. Es importante destacar el coefi ciente de competitividad obtenido, después de hacer un estudio en diferentes empresas de la zona metropolitana, el cual es bajo y refl eja claramente las condiciones que imperan tanto en el plano económico, como en lo político y social./ This article addresses the issue of competitiveness from the point of view of organizational communication, highlighting its impact on the relationship of organizations with different factors that make up its environment. One point of note is the poor communication that occurs between businesses and universities, which is crucial to trigger innovation and competitive advantage, allowing domestic companies to be in conditions similar to organizations in developed countries. Importantly, the competitiveness coeffi cient obtained after a study in different companies in the metropolitan area, which is low and refl ects clearly the conditions that prevail both in economic terms and politically and socially.
