Abstract

Su viabilidad es evidente y la relevancia es contundente./ Based on the nature, origin, purposes and tendencies of the countries identifi ed as worldwide ones and their neoliberal governments, toward the achievement of economic growths, without considering the human-social order, the critical aspects of the economic globalization are analyzed, which contribute for the implementation of new strategies, to develop professional rating and monitoring interventions, which are suitable with the populations’ emergent paragons in the mankind evolution phases in their different social layers. To achieve it, a conceptual, bibliographic, documental and statistic analysis was done, which shows the adverse changes in the progress and consolidation of the human being, refl ected in poorness, extreme poorness, unemployment and populations excluded of education, social and public security. Social politics toward the postglobalization, involves fi ghting the global tendencies of mediatization, automation, of cultural, economic, politic, labor and educational dependencies, creating responsive behaviors and reactions of socials groups in the communities. With the domination of the make uniform trend, which is why low quality of life is suffered. The expected results are oriented basically in the motivation and sensibility to the transformation of the operation tactics and mechanisms that implement the nations called “global leaders”, to replace their dehumanized politics for strategies which achieve the commonweal for the societies, interested in their progress, liberty and dignity; which improve the human beings life quality. The expectative is to reach the supremacy of the social, strictly economic globalization, based on the postglobalization with a social direction. Its viability is obvious and the relevancy is forceful.
