El papel de los formadores de educación superior y su vinculación con el ejercicio profesional en el Instituto Politécnico Nacional

Abstract

Vista desde la teoría social crítica, donde los problemas de la vida cotidiana se abordan con la mira siempre puesta en cómo solucionarlos, la formación docente es la búsqueda del individuo por él mismo, de sus propias formas, en el nivel de los grupos y de la colectividad en la que se desenvuelve, mediante la auto-organización y de autogestión. El hacer de la formación docente se analiza desde las categorías docencia, formación docente y su vínculo con el ejercicio profesional de la misma. En primer lugar se revisa el debate que, desde diferentes teorías pragmatistas, existe respecto a la defi nición de la docencia de acuerdo a su saber hacer. El debate versa sobre la consideración de la docencia como un ofi cio o semiprofesión; también se cuestiona si el educador es un artesano, técnico, profesional de la enseñanza, o un poco de todo. Enseguida se analizan las controversias por las que ha pasado el binomio formación docente-proceso enseñanza aprendizaje, en su desarrollo histórico al interior de las instituciones educativas. Finalmente para llegar a la categoría profesionalización de la docencia se analizan los conceptos de profesión y profesional. Se concluye que para el logro de la profesionalización de la docencia, la formación docente constituye uno de los procesos relevantes, por esta razón se incluyen en este análisis algunas de las estrategias con que ha sido abordada, y que son: formación inicial, formación permanente, formación disciplinaria, formación pedagógico-didáctica, superación profesional, actualización y capacitación. /Vista from the critical social theory, where the problems of the daily life are approached with the always put sight in how solving them, the educational formation is the search of the individual by he himself, of its own forms, in the level of the groups and the colectivity in which it develops, by means of the car-organization and of self-management. Doing of the educational formation analyzes from the categories teaching, educational formation and its bond with the professional exercise of the same. In the fi rst place the debate is reviewed that, from different theories pragmatists, exists with respect to the defi nition of teaching according to its knowledge to do. The debate turns on the consideration of teaching like an offi ce or a semiprofession; also it is questioned if the educator is a craftsman, a technician a professional of education or a little whole. Immediately the controversies through which it has passed the binomial formation educational-process education learning, in their historical development to the interior of the educative institutions are analyzed. Finally to arrive at the category professionalisation from teaching the concepts of profession and professional are analyzed. One concludes that for the profi t of the professionalisation of teaching, the educational formation constitutes one of the excellent processes, therefore include in this analysis some of the strategies whereupon she has been boarded, and that are: initial formation, permanent formation, disciplinary formation, formation pedagogical-Didactics, professional overcoming, update and qualifi cation.
