Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende mostrar una sencilla de la técnica de opciones reales y una aplicación de sus técnicas a ejemplos ilustrativos mostrando que la aplicación de las técnicas de opciones reales puede resultar de gran beneficio para los proyectos energéticos y mineros./ Investment valuation in projects as mining and energy have been resolved traditionally using present value methods, without regard about several possibilities along life´s projects as uncertainty and future variable movements assuming that parameters involved on will be static in time. The present work treats to show, in a simple way an application of Real Options techniques using easy examples to show that rov (Real Option Valuation) techniques help to get better results for energy and mining projects.
