Abstract

En este estudio se plantean algunas propuestas que se consideran factibles y que podrían desarrollarse a partir de un intenso trabajo de cabildeo, negociación y persuasión, donde la comunidad afectada asentada en el istmo de Tehuantepec (Oaxaca y Veracruz) en su conjunto, podría participar anteponiendo sus propias formas de gobierno y así proyectarse hacia un nivel superior de bienestar al integrarse al mundo “globalizado” y permitir el paso del conocimiento, del respeto a los derechos humanos, de la industrialización, del turismo y del comercio internacional, entre otros/ This study proposes some solutions which are considered feasible and covid develop from an intense lobbying, negotiation and persuasion where the affected community settled in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec (Oaxaca and Veracruz) as a whole, could participate by putting their own forms of government and thus be projected to a higher level of wellness by joining the “globalized” and allowing the passage of knowledge intensive progress, respect for human rights, industrialization, tourism and international trade among others.
