Abstract

El artículo busca evidenciar y exponer el actual dilema germinado entre el Estado de Bienestar y el Neoliberalismo, desde la perspectiva del Estado socialdemócrata entrañado en los entresijos del liberalismo económico, rastrea el origen y las condiciones políticas creadoras del Estado Benefactor, expone las justificaciones y formas del intervencionismo estatal hasta el momento y la reacción antepuesta por el liberalismo, después de concluida la guerra fría, a través de su identidad contemporánea neoliberal y entrevé una solución para desactivar este enfrentamiento en el largo plazo./ This work wants to show and to explain the actual dilemma that appeared among the Welfare State and Neoliberalism, since the perspective of the Social Democratic State that lives inside of economic liberalism, search the genesis and politics conditions creative of Welfare State, display the justification and forms of state interventionism on the economic so far and the reaction placed before for the liberalism, after concluded the cold war, through its contemporary identity neoliberal and propose a solution to deactivate this confrontation in the long term.
