Abstract

El planteamiento comprendido en este trabajo pretende señalar y resumir las condiciones básicas requeridas en el largo plazo para la Unión Monetaria de América del Norte, para este propósito se exponen tres modelos matemáticos que ayudan a confirmar la factibilidad de la integración monetaria, despliega las teorías monetarias existentes al respecto, realiza una descripción histórica de los diversos regimenes monetarios adoptados por México y exhibe las ventajas sustantivas que obtiene el Banco de México al admitir e instrumentar el régimen monetario del tipo de cambio flexible./This paper marks and delimits the basic conditions that are required for the long term the North America monetary union, to this purpose used three mathematical models to help and confirm the feasibility of the monetary integration, display exchange rate theory, realize a history description of several monetary regime of México and show the qualitative advantage of Bank of México when admits, since 1994, the flexible exchange rate
